VSI is headquartered in Irvine, California with offices in Berkeley, and field offices in Africa. VSI’s team serves programs in countries across Africa and Asia.

VSI’s leadership brings expertise in clinical medicine, demography, program design, epidemiology, monitoring and evaluation, social marketing and reproductive rights. Leading physicians serve as advisors in all of the program countries. The organization also benefits from employees who have come from the private sector with experience in business, finance and public policy.
